The Lighthouse is a 24,000-square-foot creative campus in Venice Beach, California, designed for content creators. Opened in early 2025 by the Whalar Group, it occupies a renovated 1937 post office building, now equipped with state-of-the-art production studios, podcast suites, editing bays, a test kitchen, and a 72-seat theater . The space also offers open-plan and private workspaces, outdoor areas, and event venues, fostering a collaborative environment for creators.
