Urby is a new residential project in Dallas comprising of two playful towers connected with a ground-floor cafe. The towers offer around 760 Urby family apartments in small, medium, and large sizes. The balcony use and deep recessed windows in a concrete stucco facade break down the mass of the towers into different grids, creating a unique look on each side. The property features a hidden garden with an organic-shaped pool as its centerpiece. Along the south end, parallel to the rear of the cafe, a covered walkway connects the two towers, facilitating circulation between the towers and providing access to the pool garden.
